1. About Vision 24

Vision 24 is a security monitoring company providing video monitoring, access control systems, license plate recognition, incident logging, fire monitoring, and related security technology services for residential, commercial, and industrial properties. Vision 24 does not provide on-site security personnel or security guard services.

2. Scope of Services

Vision 24 provides technology-based security monitoring services, which may include but are not limited to:

• Video surveillance monitoring
• Access control systems
• License plate recognition
• Incident and audit logging
• Fire, intruder, and theft monitoring
• Remote monitoring and alert notifications

Specific services, features, and responsibilities are defined in individual service agreements, proposals, or contracts.

3. No Emergency or Law Enforcement Service

Vision 24 is not an emergency response service and does not replace police, fire departments, or emergency responders.
Clients are responsible for contacting emergency services when required.

Vision 24 does not guarantee prevention of theft, fire, intrusion, or damage and shall not be considered an insurer of property or safety.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information during onboarding
• Ensure proper installation and maintenance of hardware and network connectivity
• Comply with all applicable laws, privacy regulations, and local bylaws
• Inform authorized users and occupants of monitoring systems where legally required

Vision 24 is not responsible for service interruptions caused by power failures, internet outages, hardware malfunction, or third-party service failures.

5. Use of Monitoring Data

Monitoring data such as video footage, access logs, and incident records are collected solely for security and operational purposes.

• Data is accessed only by authorized users
• Data retention periods may vary by service agreement
• Clients are responsible for complying with privacy laws related to recorded individuals

Vision 24 does not sell or misuse monitoring data.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Vision 24 shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Vision 24 is not responsible for losses caused by criminal acts, accidents, or force majeure events
• Total liability, if any, shall not exceed the fees paid for services during the applicable service period

7. Service Availability

While Vision 24 aims to provide continuous monitoring, uninterrupted service is not guaranteed. Maintenance, upgrades, technical issues, or external factors may result in temporary service interruptions.

8. Intellectual Property

All website content, system designs, software interfaces, documentation, and branding are the intellectual property of Vision 24.
No content may be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.

9. Termination

Vision 24 reserves the right to suspend or terminate services if:

• Terms are violated
• Payments are overdue
• Services are misused or used unlawfully

Termination terms may vary depending on the service agreement.

10. Modifications to Terms

Vision 24 may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on the website, and continued use of services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

11. Governing Law
